Michael and Tyler, C&K heating and air replaced my compressor in a carrier Infiniti. This part was back ordered by carrier for 30-60 days, and C&K found one in 5 days. Michael and Tyler worked for approximately four hours in 100 degree heat outside and 115 degree heat in the attic. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and the time it took for them to complete the work. I want to thank them for their work and getting my HVAC system back running.They did an exceptional job, were very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. They took the time to explain everything and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend their work!

We had a great experience with C&K Air and Heating Inc for a recent service call. Jeff arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with our unit and we are up and running again. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic job! Showed up with an entire crew to replace my 28 year old central HVAC system. The guys were polite, knowledgeable, and hardworking. On top of that, they put a portable AC unit in a room for my animals while they worked on the unit. Great price, people at the office are friendly, and technicians were super! Definitely recommend.

Our A/C unit had stopped working. Michael was able to figure out what was wrong, and unfortunately, it's going to require a replacement. He explained the options and the pricing and C&K quickly set up a suitable time to get it replaced. The price was reasonable, the service top-notch. Would highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately, as the summer began, we were having intermittent problems with our upstairs unit. C&K continued to evaluate the unit until the exact cause of the problem was pinpointed. A new control board and harness had to be ordered from the factory. It was installed quickly once it was delivered. I really appreciated the service we received both from the C&K Office and the technicians Michael, who was very persistent, and James as well. I will continue to recommend this company to friends. Highly recommend C & K Air and Heating. AC unit on 1st floor went out. Did a search and settled on C & K Air and Heating based on reviews. Allie was 1st point of contact. She informed me they were really busy due to the heat. It was the hottest days we've had this year and it wouldn't be until the next day before she could get anyone available to look at my AC unit. To my surprised I got a call from Allie a couple hours later saying a technician finished a job a little early and could come to look at the AC unit. The problem was diagnosed and I was given 3 choices. Also he said he would look to see if the AC unit was still under warranty, fortunately it was. He informed me the components were available and scheduled repairs the next day. The technicians called to confirm they were on the way. They arrived when they said they would. 5 hours later I had AC again.

Jeff was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing as he was doing it and showed me before and after improvement. This is now my go to company for heating and air.

James was very pleasant took time to explain what he was checking. He answered all the questions and solutions. Took time to be patient with senior citizens. Ended up signing a contract for a year. Great customer service and a great technician. Thank you James for your service.

💯 LOCALLY OWNED. Installed new HVAC and whole-house dehumidifier. Their pricing was better than two other companies. MOST importantly, they demonstrated superior knowledge of how new systems must be installed to prevent fire and leaks with new refrigerant standard. Owner (Chris Kirk) is very involved and James is truly superb. They never try to upsell and are always willing to educate me on how to troubleshoot and optimally operate the equipment.

my hvac system not working properly. JMAES AND MICHEAL came and find the flaw . Ordered parts and replaced the parts. James told me not to spend money if these part fix the issue . Their communication person I think her name is “Sheryl” was great through out communication. Great people. No cheating . They don’t ask you to replace AC unlike many others. Keep up good work sir !

James worked to troubleshoot our AC unit that had ceased working. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running and a short time. He was professional and very thorough. He made sure to take the time to explain exactly what was going on. Extremely happy with the service we've received from this company for several years now. A 100 year old house presents a lot of challenges. The team was very thoughtful and respectful towards this property. Thanks to all of you!

C&K is always very professional. I know they are going to do what needs to be done without cutting corners and at a fair price. James always wears shoe covers when he comes in the house. C&K actually corrected some things that a contractor did during a renovation. They tell you the truth and do the job well. Usually they clean after themselves if needed. I recently had an entire new system put in upstairs with ductwork and repairs that needed to be done. It was a very dusty, messy job and although they did put a tarp on the floor in the entry way, they could have cleaned a little better afterwards. We will continue to use them. Best around.
