C and K is one of the best Heating and A:C companies in the area. In the past 50 years, I have used several. , James, technician, came to my home to evaluate a condensation problem with A/C duct. He examined the situation and told me what needed to be done. He talked with his boss to see if he could complete the job at this time, since it was a bigger job than I originally thought.We agreed on the needed repair, he gave me a reasonable price and he completed the job efficiently. James was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He worked through his lunch hour to complete the job!! I was very pleased and grateful.I have also had C and K techs JJ and Jeff in the past, they have also done excellent work in repairing or maintaining my heating and A/C systems. Great company with excellent employees and service. Compliments also to Ally, the receptionist, who assists with scheduling and keeps client informed of time when technician will arrive to do service.

James did a fantastic job. He identified a wiring error performed by the previous HVAC company and corrected it. Very personable and patient. Answered all my questions. THANKS!

The office was friendly and polite when scheduling my appointment and following up. The tech Michael was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. The prices were also reasonable. I will call back in the future when I need any heat and air service 👍

I’m always skeptical using a company for the first time. C&K came out today and worked on my furnace that has been giving me problems for about a week. I was very pleased with the results. The technician Michael did a great job and was very transparent and informative. I was surprised how fast he completed the job. When it came to the price it was as estimated and no “gotcha” surprise that I’m used to and was waiting for. He answered every question honestly which means a lot these days. I will be using them in the future because trust is everything in my book.

I have reached out to C&K several times after a different company did a horrible job installing a new unit in the summer of '22. C&K have always been very responsive, respectful, courteous, kind, and swift. Usually they are here the same day I call with an issue, and the technicians always take the time to show me what the issue is and make sure I feel knowledgeable and confident in the solution(s). I love their transparency and quick response times. If you're looking for an HVAC company, avoid the mistakes I made and start out right by using C&K from the beginning.

I had my new Trane system installed by C&K. I have chosen them after looking at 5 different companies and they were the best in terms of knowledge, expertise, time spent examining everything, thoroughness of quotes and customer service. Jeff is the best. They installed my new furnace and HVAC in December. It passed city inspection with flying colors. They also got a customer for life.

C & K was friendly and helpful starting with the receptionist. They were able to get me in same day when I had called early afternoon. Michael, the tech, was a gem going up and down the attic stair letting us know all that needed done and getting it done efficiently and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. And I will be using them again as needed! Very happy.

JJ, Sierra and Crew were absolutely amazing to work with. Upon inspecting my system, JJ let me know that my 5 ton unit would never adequately keep my 2800sf home cooled or heated properly because it was simply just too much space for this one unit. He recommended I add on another smaller unit, where other companies recommended I just replace my 5 ton and possibly add another on. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, actually told me that my current unit is working fine just being overworked. We scheduled an install for an additional 2.5 ton unit and the difference in my home has been night and day. My entire house is cool, even on the hot summer Memphis days. I've actually had to adjust my programs because it was getting TOO cold in the house for my twins! For the first time in 10 years, I'm actually comfortable in my house all thanks to C&K!

It was time to replace my 4 ton unit, and what a better time to get it done while we could take advantage of the tax credit. Jeff and the guys were professional in their communication in answering any questions I had during the installation. Not only did they put down drop cloths inside to protect the floors, they cleaned up after themselves. These guys immediately set themselves apart from the rest right from the start. Jeff and C&K will be the only HVAC contractors I'll be recommending in the future.

C & K has replaced 2 heating and air conditioners that were over 20 years old in the last 2 years. They are excellent in every way. Could not ask for better servce or people to deal with.

I am a retired contractor with 35 years experience. I was amazed to witness a crew of workers arrive at my home ready to work. They were pleasant with me and with each other. They executed design changes which fixed my air distribution problems. They then removed the old hvac, installed a new unit, cleaned up and removed all trash in one day. Amazing performance.

I'm a little late in writing this review, our install was in June (2022) but I couldn't go without expressing my gratitude.Everyone at C & K was absolutely awesome! These were the most attentive, caring, and polite group of people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the first person who came and gave me the quote, the office ladies, and the installers.Because of the crazy heat this summer, they came out right away, got what I needed order and installed so quickly. One of my dogs suffered from the heat so I was rushing to get her to the vet, and both gentlemen who brought out the loaner window unit asked if they could help me get her in my vehicle. The lady in the office called to check on her the next day and then the installers asked about her when they came back to install.Despite the fact that their prices were the best, MOST IMPORTANTLY their service was above and beyond! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND C & K if you need any HVAC service. I am so very pleased with them.

Our A/C system quit working after 20 + years. We have used a wonderful tech , Jeff, to do maintenance on both of our units in our home. I called Jeff and he came to our home on a Sunday and assessed that the unit was leaking and could not be fixed. Our wonderful new system was installed by this very professional and reliable company only two days after. The two techs that came were professional, very knowledgeable, and efficient in their installation. The owner of the company , Chris, staff, and Jeff worked with my insurance company and I was able to be reimbursed . Thank you - Chris and Jeff , for going above and beyond expectations. This type of service is what everyone can expect from this excellent business. I will certainly recommend them to all of our friends and business associates!

JJ fixed my air when it went out on a Saturday. He was quick and efficient! He arrived and had it fixed within an hour. I’ve used C&K for 12 years and they have always provided excellent service. Thanks so much!

I needed my existing Frigidaire A/C and Furnace units replaced after 17 years of use. I contacted C&K for a quote on a replacement TRANE system. Chris showed up and performed a very thorough assessment and provided a competitive quote for the new TRANE system. The C&K team installed the new system (upstairs and downstairs) over a 2 day period and were very professional and courteous throughout the process. The installers also adjusted air flow throughout the various zones of the house as needed. The installers did a walkthrough each day to explain the new equipment and answered all my questions. I highly recommend C&K for your HVAC needs.

Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday and by Monday morning C&K came out and had it fixed quickly. The service was quick and priced reasonably and would highly recommend using them. They are doing some more work for us this week.
