Wasn’t able to leave a review for the technician on the website for some reason but I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Mr.Jeff for coming out on last Friday to service my grandmother’s HVAC system, we were experiencing issues with the heat not coming on and he was able to troubleshoot the issue in a efficient manner of time and get the issue resolved, he also was able to give me a safety tip that was well needed especially in these cold winter months! Mr. Jeff is very knowledgeable when it comes to doing his job, so glad I chose to go with this particular company.

We Lost Heat during the night I called this morning! They were busy but would try to see what they could do or for sure tomorrow. Jeff Bumpus is so knowledgeable and professional. He is always very thorough in not just performing preventive maintenance but checking to see if any additional issues might arise going forward. Jeff is a great Ambassador for C & K!

I had my HVAC repaired and serviced, very reasonably priced, JJ was my service tech, he explained everything he did was very attentive to details, very courteous and professional. If you need your heat or air serviced or repaired make sure to ask for JJ he is excellent at his job!

We have used the same Heating/Air/Appliance Service for decades. Shout out to Daveco! So when our heaters BOTH went out in a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend, I called Daveco and learned he has taken a well deserved retirement! The only company he recommended for Air and heating was C&K. A couple of years ago he had also recommended they for a air and heating installation for my daughter and they were reasonably priced and did a great job. While that was good enough for me, I took a quick look at their ratings and saw that they were fantastic. So on Friday afternoon I left them a message. Ally called me early Monday morning ready to send a technician out to help since we had no heat. Within an hour, Jeff arrived. I had seen him complimented multiple times on Google and trust pilot so needless to say, I was pleased to meet him. We went into the attic (with my 11 year old Grandson tagging along!) and he checked both units explaining possibilities and possible remedies. He even explained things to my 11 year old Grandson who is most interested in how things work! After a quick and thorough assessment of both of our 30 year old heaters, including consultation with Chris, he provided us with options including repair and replace. We decided replacing the downstairs heater was the thing to do, with repair of the smaller upstairs unit which is used less often. Jeff called for the new unit and two assistants for installation. He stayed, assisting and supervising the installation and clean up. Before dark, it was all completed! Ally even completed the warranty for us! So, now we feel like we are in good hands for as long as we need Air and Heating service.

James is so helpful and friendly.

James was my technician today. Not only came on time but was a bit early. I asked for a service call and an estimate to replace my current unit. James got right to the task in workmanlike fashion. Found a problem and used a common sense approach to fix it. Walked me through the repair and through the estimate for a replacement unit. I always get more than one estimate but I will definitely consider C and K's estimate per James.

I have used C & K Heating for years. Completely overhauled and installed my heating ducts. Also use them for maintenance. My technician J.J. is always prompt and knows how to address any issues. Great service. J. Austin

I think JJ is the best of their technician. He is always on time and does a perfect job. He also knows where everything is located in my home. He the only for me.

They always let you know when they are coming and are efficient. They answer any questions you might have.

These guys are great! Jeff gave me the courtesy call I requested so I could leave work to meet him at my home. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and explained everything in words I could understand. Very reasonably priced! Can’t say enough good things about them!

I have a positive preference for C&K, as my talented daughter is employed there. Michael recently attended to my heating issue and provided excellent service, repairing the unit efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable. I confidently recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I cannot find the name of the service tech (Jeff Bumpas) in the list presented for this review but he is without a doubt the best we have ever worked with. I began using C&K after moving to Memphis in 1977 and never changed, about ten years ago they replaced my entire HVAC system during a major renovation. Yesterday my daughter phoned to say her A/C was limping and stopped cooling and that a tech from another HVAC company diagnosed a bad compressor with a replacement cost of $4/K. I immediately called C&K and they had Jeff onsite within 30 minutes. He tested and diagnosed all electrical components and washed out the outside coil. He found the faults in the electrical system which will be addressed later but was able to get the unit up and running during his service call. My daughter spoke to her husband who was in AK and told him Jeff did more work in the time he was there than the other two service techs from other companies has done and at a lower price. I think C&K now has a new client from this point forward.

Came home Wednesday with the downstairs unit on 84! I called first thing Thursday morning and Allie was able to get a technician out at 10 AM! He did a thorough a few diagnosed the issue and was able to get the majority of it covered under factory warranty. Parts were not in stock in the warehouse so he will be back next week to install them when they arrive. Couldnt have asked for quicker and thorough service. Great job and keep up the good work!

Always receive excellent service and expertise from C&K Air and Heating. They have replaced one unit and repaired the other. They never do more than needed. Michael is a terrific technician and both women in the office are professional and delightful. I can’t recommend them more highly!!!

C&K has been maintaining my 3 AC and Heating units for over 10 years. Jeff B. is the technician that comes by and does the work. He is great and has guided me through the process of replacing my 20+ year old systems. He explained all the levels of systems and answered all of my many, many questions (without laughing at me for asking dumb questions.) C&K has kept me comfortable for all these years and I am a happy customer. I recommend C&K and especially Jeff B.

We have used C & K Air and Heating for years in personal and business at M.T.S. I thought I may save a little and call another company. After 3 technicians I had to call the Pro's At C&K within an hour J.J. the Air Master had our A.C. unit properly wired and our classroom cool. From our new a/c installation last year to a couple of service calls since, these guys (including the ladies who answer the phones) are the BEST!

I had an accidental payment go through to them recently (they were not at fault). Called and explained the situation and they were so quick to get my money back, and very kind! I definitely recommend them for the sheer reason of their honesty!

C&K Air and Heating rescued us with a SOLID technician who did THOROUGH work and did not charge us a fortune (99 show up, plus fuel charge of $10) then informed us the competitor had misrepresented the pricing for repairs and promptly purchased, replaced the board and then cleaned the external unit. DONE and for 1/2 the quoted price of just the board from a major competitor. This family owned, local business is now the sticker on my HVAC and is who I'm calling.
