About Cordova, TN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Cordova, Tennessee is just outside of Memphis.  However, much of it has actually been annexed by Memphis.  It is often considered a Memphis neighborhood more than a town all its own.  It got its start as a small farming community and has grown into a bustling modern suburban neighborhood where families can be seen out riding bikes in the warmer months, and kids are sledding when it snows.  It is now very much an everyday American community with all of the conveniences of the big city without as much pollution, or noise.

Being so much intertwined with Memphis, it is not hard to imagine what the locals love around here.  That’s right. Music, music and more music.  The love of country music, as well as all other kinds, is palpable in the community.  The towns in the area are filled with aspiring musicians, music business staff and restaurant and bar owners always hiring the next big act.  The way of life in the area is music.  But, more than music, the way of life is really all about family and good American values.  Hard work, family fun and a community “village” ambience make Cordova the perfect little escape for people who work in the heart of the city.   In the winter, when the weather is chilly, people are packed into music halls and bars all over the area.  When spring and summer hit, the concerts move outdoors for some al fresco tunes.

In many of the towns and neighborhoods in the area, you will find contemporary amenities mixed with old time vintage appeal.  There are many local historical landmarks to check out when the weather is either cold in the winter or gets a bit hot in the summer.  For example, hidden away in Municipal Park in Germantown is the John Gray House - one of the oldest brick homes in the county.  You also simply cannot miss Graceland, the home of the deceased “King” – Elvis Presley.  Also in Memphis, the Lorraine Motel is a must-see for history buffs. It is the site of the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr.  Amid all of this history, of course, you will also find brand new bars and eateries, amazing parks and recreation facilities and modern medical care, banks, etc.  It is the best of both worlds.
