About Bartlett, TN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Bartlett was first called Union Depot and Green Bottom.  It was named for Major Gabriel M. Bartlett – a war hero who had lived in the area.  The citizens are charming and welcoming, and the neighborhoods are close knit and quiet.  People enjoy lovely spring days in the backyard and swimming in the heat of the summer.  And then they bundle up as the weather cools down in the autumn, and winter.   But, you will always find locals out and about working, playing and enjoying one another’s company.

In many of the towns and neighborhoods in the region, contemporary amenities are blended with old time charm and class.  For example, check out Municipal Park in Germantown on a pretty day.  Then, take a look at the John Gray House - one of the oldest brick homes in the county – which was moved to the park just a few years ago. Of course, when you are this close to Memphis, you have to get to Graceland.  A lesser known landmark is the Lorraine Motel - the site of the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr.  

The multitude of historical landmarks and fun attractions to check out in the area will keep you busy no matter the season, or the weather.  But, the thing that makes this part of Tennessee so special is not the weather, the history or even the music.  It is, without a doubt, the people.   The people in this area are always thrilled to meet tourists or visitors and are excited to share their culture and their communities with you.   If you should choose Bartlett as a home, then you will have the benefit of amazing neighbors and great community spirit.  Should you just be stopping through, you will never want to leave once the Tennesseans lay on their lovely southern charm.
